PROPOSED 2-STOREY COMMERCIAL BUILDING

During 2007, in my apprentice, my friend Jessie and i look for some extra works to finance our daily expenses since as apprentice we do not have proper compensation to regular employees. So he had the connection to a client, and make this model as sample work to impress the Boss, I initiate this thing to push through despite of time constraint to our office hours. we do this at night, work hard, and gain the price. Then w/ this model serving as "gift" to the Boss, we were able to deal 7,000.00 peso for the drafting works. Job well done to my friend Jessie!!! After this, we were able to paid our rentals in our house and celebrate some cold coffee -beer!!! :)

3 STOREY RESIDENTIAL-COMMERCIAL BUILDING

Inspired by my current Boss, sir Noli, I tried to adopt to his design influence and incorporate all elements to this project studies to a former Mentor while i am still evolving on my own design. My friend Archie helped me in 3d. Actually, we had the model of this w/ Jessie, this studies were submitted to sir Joel. In loving what your doing, not because of money, there is joy and fulfillment. I considered this one of my greatest achievement in design process. From Cebu to Negros.
